By participating in the Jackpot Party Riches, you fully agree and accept the Jackpot
Party Terms and Conditions set out below (as amended from time to time). These Terms
and Conditions should be read in conjunction with information appearing on the Jackpot
Party website's Promotions page. To the extent that there is any inconsistency,
these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

To qualify for our Jackpot Riches offer you must be aged 18 years or over and be
a customer of Jackpot Party playing any of the real money games between 00:00:00
Monday and 23:59:59 Sunday (UK time) during the first week of the calendar month
every month. Playing for fun does not contribute to eligibility for this offer.

This offer is only open to residents of the UK and is subject to Jackpot Party's
website Terms of Use.

Participating players will automatically have their Jackpot Party account credited
with 10% of their aggregated net weekly losses * on all games, as returns, up to
a total Cashback value of £250.

*aggregated net weekly losses on settled gaming bets on any game between the first
and last days of each week, for the defined week. Offer only applies to the first
£2,500 of net losses in that defined week.

Qualified customers can only redeem their Cashback bonus on the first Wednesday
after the qualifying week. Cashback bonuses will expire at 23:59:59 (UK time) every
first Wednesday after the defined qualifying period if not redeemed at the Jackpot
Party website.

The qualifying period runs for the first full week of the month from 00:00:00 Monday
to 23:59:59 Sunday (UK time) once a month only.

This promotion is restricted to the account holder only. The identity of the account
holder will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following:
name, eWallet account number, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit
card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.

participate in this promotion, for any reason whatsoever without notice to the end
users. No correspondence will be entered into. Jackpot Party's decision will be
considered final in the event of a dispute.
