Jackpot Party® Lucky Leader Weekender Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Lucky Leader Weekender Promotion (the "Competition(s)"),
you fully agree and accept the Competition Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions")
set out below (as amended from time to time). These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction
with information appearing on the Jackpot Party website's Promotions page. To the extent there is any
inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- To enter the Competitions, players must have access to a computer, the internet and have a Jackpot Party Real Money account.
- No purchase necessary.
- The Competitions are only open to players who reside in the UK aged 18 and over. The Competitions are not open to employees of Jackpot Party (JP), WMS, their families or agencies.
- The Competitions run every weekend (unless otherwise notified of change). Entry to the Competitions opens at 00:00hrs on the Saturday of each weekend and closes at 23.59hrs on the Sunday of each weekend.
- Each weekend the Competition will feature 3 selected slot games Leaderboards to be included in the Competition (the "Competition Games").
- The Competition Games will be listed in the Promotions section on the Jackpot Party website and will also be notified to all players (who are active and have opted into receiving email marketing) via email prior to the commencement of that weekend's Competition.
- The Prizes each weekend will be awarded to three players randomly selected from the top 10 positions of each of the Competition Games Leaderboards finishing at 23.59hrs on a Sunday. The random selection will take place on the Monday once the weekend Competition has closed.
- The three randomly selected players each weekend will be awarded 3,000 Jackpot Party Reward Points.
- The Competition winners will be notified by email within 72 hours after the Competition closes that they have won.
- The Jackpot Party Reward Points will be added into his or her Jackpot Party Real Money within 72 hours after the Competition closing. The play through for the awarded Reward Points is five (5) times before it can be withdrawn. For further details of the terms relating to the use of Reward Points please click here.
- The Prizes cannot be substituted with a cash alternative and are non-transferable.
- The Competition Winners' names will be posted in the WinStream on the Jackpot Party website each week.
- If a player self excludes and is in one of the winning top 10 positions on the selected Leaderboards at the close of the Competition the Competition prize will go to another randomly selected player in the top 10 position on one of the Competition Games Leaderboards.
- If a player has 'taken a break' and is randomly selected from one of the Competition Games Leaderboards, they will receive the awarded Reward Points in their Jackpot Party Real Money account and will be notified of the awarded points by email.
- Jackpot Party reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
- Games always excluded from all Lucky Leader promotions are all table and card games on the Jackpot Party website, including Blackjack, Roulette, Videopoker, Multihand Video Poker, Card & Table and Keno.
- Each Competition is restricted to one customer per household, even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
- Jackpot Party may, at its discretion, limit the eligibility of new customers to participate in this Competition, for any reason whatsoever without notice to the end users (i.e. players).
- No correspondence will be entered into. Jackpot Party's decision will be considered final in the event of a dispute.
- Jackpot Party may, in its reasonable discretion, disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or word of these Terms and Conditions.
- Jackpot Party does not accept responsibility for any Competition entries that are lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
