This Legal Notice (together with the documents referred to on it) applies to the entire contents of the website under the domain name www.jackpotparty.com operated by WMS Alderney 2 Limited and to any correspondence between us and you. Please read these Terms and Conditions Of Usage, the Game Rules found in each game’s paytable (accessible by pressing the “Help / Pays” button on the dashboard), Disclaimer Notice and the Privacy Policy (collectively the “Terms”) carefully as they govern your use of this website, all associated software and services, and all future updates, additions, and modifications thereto (collectively “Site”, “Website” or “Services”). Only register and use this Site once you have read, understood and registered your agreement to abide by the Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WMS Alderney 2 Limited (referred to in here as "WMS", "we" or "us"). Please print and store the Terms along with all Confirmation Emails, Transaction Data, Game Rules, Privacy Policy and Payment Methods relevant to your use of our Services. We will not file our contract with you and so you should print it out for your records. For the purpose of these Terms, WMS includes WMS Alderney 2 Limited as well as its ultimate holding company and all of their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, as defined in section 736 of the UK Companies Act 1985. By using and/or registering to use any aspect of the Site you agree to comply with these Terms. Every customer is deemed to have accepted these Terms by checking the box on the registration form and by clicking “Join Now”. If you do not accept any of these Terms, which include by incorporation the Game Rules, Disclaimer Notice and Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to access, use the Site, use or reuse an account, participate in any way or accept any prizes or winning.

1. PROVISION OF SERVICES

This Site is operated by WMS Alderney 2 Limited, a private limited company incorporated in the States of Alderney. Our registered office is at York House, Victoria Street, Alderney GY9 3TA, British Channel Islands.
You agree for WMS to use all Personal Information you provide to it and/or collected through the Site and all information related to your wagering and non-wagering activities on the Site in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.
WMS shall control all funds deposited to the Site.
WMS Alderney 2 Limited holds a Category 1 license and a Category 2 license(formerly referred to as a “full eGambling license”) issued by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission ("Alderney Gambling Control Commission ") and all gaming services available from this Site are subject to that license.
WMS reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, modify, cancel, remove or add to the services offered on the Site, or the Site in its entirety, in its sole and absolute discretion with immediate effect and without notice. WMS shall not be liable for any loss suffered by you resulting from any such changes and you shall have no claims against WMS in such regard.
Prohibited Jurisdictions. We do not accept cash players or play from persons located in territories outside of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to reject attempts to use the Site by residents of other territories or residents of these territories from locations, whether temporarily or permanently, outside of the United Kingdom, and we may immediately suspend or close your account. You will not be entitled to any winnings or other awards and rewards in respect of any products or Services offered on the Site whilst located in any such prohibited jurisdiction. You understand and agree that WMS is unable to provide you with any legal advice or assurances and WMS makes no representations or warranties in respect of the legality of your use of the Site. You are solely responsible for confirming that your registration with, and use and continued use of, the Site complies with all laws that apply to you. You represent, warrant and agree to ensure that your use of the Site will comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations. You further warrant to us that you will not access or register on this Site at any time if you are a citizen of a nation state that prohibits its citizens from participating in on-line gambling, regardless of their location. Please consult legal counsel in the applicable jurisdiction if you have any questions about the legality of your use of the Site. We may monitor the location from which you appear to access the Website and may use techniques which are intended to block access from any location in which participation in the products and services on the Website may be illegal or restricted as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion from time to time. 2. UPDATES

It is your responsibility to read, understand and comply with these Terms.
We reserve the right, from time to time, and at our sole and absolute discretion, to change or update these Terms. You may access these Terms at any time by using the link button of each page. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that any significant changes to these Terms will be published on this Site. Upon publication, each change will become effective and you will be deemed to be aware of and bound by such new or revised terms. If you do not accept the amendments to the Terms, you should refrain from using the Site and the Services as any such continued use will be deemed acceptance of such amended Terms and shall be subject to the amended Terms. You should therefore review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are up-to-date with the then current Terms. All amended, modified, changed and updated terms and conditions will apply and constitute the Terms, and your continued use of the Site will be deemed to be your express consent to be bound by the Terms.

If you do not agree to any change or update made to these Terms in full, you must stop using our Services and close your account with us immediately. Your only recourse is to discontinue your use of the Site.

3. GENERAL TERMS FOR AUTHORIZED USE

Underage Gambling. Many countries (“countries” or “territories”) set a minimum age for participation in online gambling. In order to register or use this Site you must be at least 18 years old or the lawful age in the United Kingdom if such age is older (“Required Age”). You commit an offence if you gamble on this Site whilst you are under the Required Age. We will not knowingly allow anyone to deposit funds, place wagers, register to use or use this Site who is under the Required Age. By registering and opening an account with us, you confirm, warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal minimum age in your country of residence (whichever is higher) and that you have the mental capacity to take full responsibility for your own actions and can enter into a legally binding agreement with us. You also warrant that you are not conducting gambling on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.
WMS’ Right to Require Proof of Age and Credit Checks. We reserve the right at all times to require evidence that is satisfactory to us in our sole judgment of your age that enables us to ensure that you are the Required Age, as well as your identity and place of residence. We shall have the right to request and obtain this information from third parties as well as from yourself. In order to assess your details and verify your registration we may supply the information you have given us to authorized credit reference / identity verification agencies to confirm your identity and card details. They will check any details we disclose to them against any databases (public or private) to which they have access and will keep a record of that check. You agree that we may process, use, record and disclose personal information which you provide to us in connection with your registration and that such personal information may be recorded by us or them. As well as any other verification processes we may undertake, any account holders depositing from debit and credit cards may be required to provide additional proof of identity to assist with age verification before making their first deposit and/or withdrawal. These additional checks are not generally required for credit card users, however, we reserve the right to request such additional information depending on the circumstances. Additional proof of identity may include but is not limited to: number of passport or utility bills.
WMS Right to Cancel Underage Wagers/Accounts. You are not permitted to register and open an account with us, unless you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have the legal capacity to contract with us. We reserve the right to terminate pending wagers and suspend or terminate your account, and exclude you, temporarily or permanently, from using this Site if proof of age is not satisfactorily provided by you to us. In the event that we terminate your account due to lack of sufficient proof of age, we shall (1) void any and all play by you including any winnings accruing to you and (2) return the amount of all funds deposited by you to the Site, less any funds previously withdrawn by you and subject to additional terms as set out in the Account Management below. We will not knowingly pay any winnings from gambling to any person who is under the Required Age. In the event that we are not able to return the funds to you, we will donate the funds to charity as though it were an Inactive Account, as set forth below.
WMS Right to Cancel Wagers/Accounts from Unauthorized Territories. We reserve the right to terminate pending wagers and suspend or terminate your account, and exclude you, temporarily or permanently, from using this Site if proof of residency and territory from which wagering has or is taking place is not satisfactorily provided by you to us. In the event that we do not receive satisfactory proof of your residency and the territory from which wagering has or is taking place, we have the right to terminate your account and refund the balance of your account to you.
Users Breaching These Terms: If we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that you are in breach of any of the Terms, or otherwise believe that your use of the Site is fraudulent, illegal or improper, including but not limited to through financial fraud or wrongdoing (e.g., improper chargebacks, transactions with no clear legal purpose, multiple prepaid card transactions, etc.), multiple accounts, use of ‘bots’ or ‘robots,’ abusive behavior to staff, identity fraud and improper use of an account, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account, seize the funds in your account and not pay you any funds whether deposited by you or us or winnings accrued to you until investigations on your account are completed.
WMS Rights to Terminate User Relationship. We further reserve the general right at any time, and at our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or close your account without further explanation if we consider it necessary to do so for any reason. In the event that we terminate your account under this provision we will refund the balance of your account to you. The decision of our management as regards to any aspect of your account or use of this Site by you is final and not open to dispute or appeal.
Accuracy of Personal Information. You confirm to us that all information that you provide to us at any time, whether on registration, in response to any security check or age / location verification, as well as in any information posted on the site (i.e., chat rooms), or otherwise in connection with your account, is complete, true in all respects, accurate and not misleading. You further agree to inform us immediately if there is any change to such information. Your registration may not be accepted and your ongoing ability to use this Site may be put in jeopardy unless you provide us with all the information that we ask from you in order for us to operate this Site lawfully, responsibly and in full compliance with these Terms. Should the Personal Information provided prove false or misleading, we may suspend or terminate your account at our sole and absolute discretion.
Keep Your Login Details Secure. When opening an account to gamble with us, you must choose your own unique Player Identification (“Player ID”), username and password. You assume responsibility to ensure that your Player ID must not be or constitute part of your name or in any way relate to you and or disclose any personal information about you, your location or gender. Your email address will be your username on the Site. You will use your username and password each time you login to the Site. It is your responsibility to ensure that your username and password are kept private, secure and confidential at all times and that you protect their secrecy and confidentiality. You are responsible for all usage and activity on your account, including but not limited to all financial transactions such as deposits, stakes and wagers made using these login details and / or your account, and all postings and comments in chat rooms, including by any person who uses your registration information, with or without authorization, or who has access to any computer on which your account resides or is accessible. Any unauthorized use of your login details shall be your sole responsibility and will be deemed as your use and your gambling. If you lose or forget your username and/or password, or if you are concerned that a third party is aware of them, please contact our Customer Services immediately using the details set out below. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (for example, in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your username and/or password), you must promptly change the affected registration information by using the appropriate update mechanism on the Site. You are solely responsible for the secrecy of your username and password. We will not be liable to you for any loss that you may incur as a result of an unauthorized person accessing your account and we accept no liability resulting from its unauthorised use, whether fraudulent or otherwise.
Acting as Principal. You may not register on this Site if you are not acting on your own behalf and using your own identity and information. You may only register to use, or use this Site if you are NOT acting on behalf of someone else.
Legal Offences. As well as losing the ability to gamble on this Site, you should be aware that if you breach any of the requirements of these Terms, you may also be committing a legal offence and you may be subject to legal action including prosecution.
Law Enforcement Agencies & Regulators. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and other regulatory authorities, including the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, in investigating claims of suspicious or presumed illegal activity on this Site.
Money Laundering. It is the law in almost all jurisdictions which have strict money laundering rules and regulations that we are required to report you to the authorities within such jurisdictions if we know, suspect or have reason to suspect that any of your transactions, among other actions, (i) involve funds derived from illegal activities, (ii) are intended to conceal funds from illegal activities, or (iii) involve the use of a casino to facilitate criminal activity. We will keep a secure online list of all registered players. We will not open anonymous accounts or accounts in fictitious names such that the true beneficial owner is not known and we will report any suspicious behaviour to the relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

4. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Opening an Account

You may open only one account and it must be funded by you. We reserve the right to assess compliance with this requirement for unique email addresses, real world addresses, credit card number and/ or any other payment forms used to establish an account. By registering and opening an account you consent to allow us admittance to your account information to inspect the accuracy of the personal information provided, as well as complaints or other allegations of abuse.
If you register with us, you must provide true and accurate information about yourself including your age, full name and surname, place of residence and a valid email address. You represent and warrant that all registration and account information you supply to us is complete and accurate and (through timely updates) kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. Should the registration information provided prove false or misleading, we may suspend or terminate your account.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details provided are accurate and kept up to date, and you can access and edit your personal information including your address at any time in the 'My Account' section of the Site or by contacting Customer Service. Failure to inform us of such changes may result in transactions being declined by your bank, building society or credit card company, and we shall not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions that are declined as a result of your failure to provide us with correct personal details. It is also your responsibility to protect your debit and/or credit card for loss or theft, and you should contact Customer Service immediately should your card be lost or stolen. Please note that no changes may be made to your first name, last name and date of birth as originally entered upon registration, unless you provide us with evidence to our satisfaction that these, and any other personal details, have been legally changed according to the laws of the United Kingdom in which you reside.
If you have breached any requirement listed above, we reserve the right to close the relevant account and refund all or part of the funds in any additional accounts. The maximum amount refunded, if any, will not exceed the total amount of deposits, less any withdrawal requests that have been paid. All winnings may be forfeited and we reserve the right to terminate your account with us immediately. We also reserve the right to deduct our reasonable transactional costs.
Continued breach may, at our discretion, result in the termination of all the relevant accounts and banning you from the Site. We reserve the right to terminate all affected accounts if we conclude, acting reasonably, that more than one of such accounts is being operated by, or is under the control of, a single person.
Where we have a serious suspicion of fraudulent activity on an account, we reserve the right to withhold the payment of funds to you until the end of the charge-back period which applies to the payment method used to pay in the relevant funds.
All deposits that you make with us from time to time shall be kept separate and distinct from the funds of ours and shall be managed and administered by us or third party payment processors.
In the event that you forget your password, or that your password becomes, or you suspect that it may become, known to any unauthorised person, you will immediately notify us of such event. After ten persistent consecutive incorrect entries of a username and password combination in a 60 minute period, your Account will be temporarily suspended for security reasons and we will require you to send us an official photographic proof of identity being a National Identity Card, Passport or Driving Licence in order for the Account to be reactivated. We reserve the right to change your Player ID at any time in our sole and absolute discretion, and we will notify you of any changes made to this/these by using the contact details with which you have provided us.

Managing Your Account

Minimum Deposits. In order to play on this Site, you must open an account and have adequate funds deposited and cleared. The minimum account deposit is displayed in the deposit page and must be made by using one of the accepted payment methods offered on the Site. Only wagers placed from your account set up through this Site will be valid for playing on this Site and any winnings will be credited to your account. You can make all deposits and withdrawals by accessing the Cashier page on the Site.
Depositing Funds. To deposit funds into your account, you can only use a payment method accepted by us, which must be held in your name and registered to the address that you provided at registration. Your deposit limits will be set initially by our systems but may be increased from time to time and may require additional paper documentation to be supplied.
Personal Entertainment Only. Your account is personal to you and your use of this Site and your playing of the games offered is for personal entertainment only and is non-transferrable. You must not allow others to use your account. We reserve the right to refuse to pay out any winnings where any person is found to have violated this requirement or any other Terms.
Changes in Registration Details. You must inform us of any changes to the information that you gave us when you registered on this Site, including your address, your debit, credit card or other payment details, (such as the number, expiry date and issue number) and any other changes that may affect your account. Failure to inform us of changes affecting your account may result in transactions being declined by your bank, building society, or credit card company. We do not accept any liability or responsibility of any sort for transactions that are declined or associated fees as a result of your failure to provide us with your correct, up-to-date details.
Credit/Debit Cards, e-Wallets and other payment methods: Loss & Theft. It is your responsibility to protect your debit and/or credit cards, including their details, from loss or theft. Please contact us immediately should your card be lost or stolen. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any transactions made using lost or stolen debit, credit card and/or any other payment method or devices.
Security Checks. We perform security checks on players' accounts from time-to-time. You understand and agree that we may demand additional information from you and you must provide the same in the event that we wish to conduct a security check on your account. We may suspend and/or terminate accounts or withhold any payments (including winnings) in the event that any security check reveals that an account is open or used in breach of any of these Terms.
Basis of WMS' Retention of Deposits. Monies held in your account do not accrue interest and all monies deposited by you in your account are held by us on your behalf.
Withdrawal of Funds. All funds must be withdrawn in accordance with the withdrawal procedures (see "Withdrawal Procedures and Winnings" below).

Closure of Accounts, Suspension and Termination

Inactive Accounts. An inactive account is where a balance exists but no real money wager has occurred by the player within the previous rolling 12 month period. Should an account become Inactive we shall use reasonable efforts to notify the account holder, using the email address provided to us by the account holder. Should an account become inactive we hold the funds for the registered account holder to claim for a further 12 months in accordance with the legal requirements and the regulations that apply to this Site before disbursing the funds to the nominated charity, Gambling Research Education and Treatment (GREaT), supporting funding for treatment of and research into problem gambling. If contact is successfully made, it is possible that the last payment method used is no longer valid and therefore another method will be required. In this instance, a management payment interface will be used to authorize an alternate payment and send this request to be prepared. This payment will then be processed following normal withdrawal procedures.
Unallocated Funds: From time to time, we will hold funds which are not allocated to customers. This may occur for a number of reasons including where a customer’s winnings are forfeited, or if we are unable to place funds in an account because it has already been closed by the customer. We may use these funds for a variety of purposes including using them for donations to registered charities, developing and improving the Site, increasing winnings in specified games, or anything else we reasonably believe to be appropriate.
Account Closure: We reserve the right to close your account at any time. You have the right to close your account at any time.
Freezing Account: We may need to freeze your account, if (1) we have reason to believe that the account may be used for fraudulent purposes, (2) for the purposes of money laundering, or (3) until investigations on your account are completed. We also reserve the right to freeze or immediately terminate the account if we reasonably believe that you (1) are cheating, (2) are under 18 years of age, (3) have provided incorrect and/ or false information on registration, or (4) are in a jurisdiction outside of the United Kingdom that renders the provision of our services illegal.
Inappropriate Behaviour: We reserve the right to seize your account or decline or limit your participation in any services on the Site for any reason, including but not limited to harassment of other customers, posting of objectionable material, creating numerous accounts, game fraud or any breach of the Terms, including the Game Rules and the Privacy Policy.
Suspension and Termination: Failure to comply with any of the Terms, the GAME RULES and the PRIVACY POLICY constitutes a material breach of the Terms upon which you are permitted to use the Site and our Services, and may result in us taking all or any of the following actions:
- immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site;
- immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to the Site;
- disqualification from the Site and cancelation of your right to claim any winnings;
- issue of a warning to you;
- legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
- disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities or third party complainants as we reasonably feel is necessary or required;
- disclosure of your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to our Website constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, right to privacy or other legal rights.

The responses described in this clause are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

Decision of WMS Final. We retain at all times absolute control over the issuing, maintenance, suspension and/or closing of all accounts, including inactive accounts. Our decision in any matter relating to any player's account and use of the Site is final.
WMS' Right to Void Wagers. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) attempted to be placed by a player at our sole and absolute discretion and for any reason. In circumstances where a wager is deemed to be or is declared void by us, any sum deducted from your account in relation to that wager (including any stake) shall be re-credited to your account. Should we decide to waive any rule for the benefit of any player, it shall only be for that one instance and shall not set a precedent for the future.
Unresolved Outcome of Games. For wagers placed but remaining undecided or unresolved (e.g., in incomplete games) for whatever reason, including but not limited to server failure, server restart, loss of communication between player and server, and player’s computer failure, if not able to be resolved and completed through replay options or other means, we will have the right to void such unresolved wager after 90 days and the player’s account may be treated as an Inactive Account.

5. GAMING AND USAGE OF THE SITE

Disqualification of Persons Related to Us. You may not register on this Site or play any game on this Site if you or a member of your household (partner, wife/husband, parent, child, brother, sister) are or have in the past two years been an employee of a third party vendor, lab, consultant, or agent of WMS Industries Inc, 800 S. Northpoint Boulevard, Waukegan, Illinois 60085, USA, or any of its subsidiaries, including WMS Gaming Inc., WMS Marketing UK Ltd., WMS Alderney 1 Limited. and WMS Alderney 2 Limited. or if such vendor, lab, consultant or agent had access at any time to WMS’ gaming software source code or otherwise been involved with testing the WMS’ gaming software or can in any way influence gambling outcomes or gain any other advantages at the Site.
Availability of Game Rules. Rules for each of the games on this Site, including pay tables, will be available to you on the Site at all times before and during game play. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before you play and you agree to abide by the rules of each game.
WMS' Records Determinative. As with all electronic gambling, a random number generator software program will determine the outcome of the games. In the event of a discrepancy between the results displayed on your computer and the game records on our server, our records shall be regarded as definitive. Please note that for all games on the Site, a “MALFUNCTION VOIDS ALL PAYS AND PLAYS.” A malfunction occurs whenever a hardware, software or other error interferes with the proper and normal game play, payout or result of a wager (i.e., a game attempts to pay out amounts that are incorrect or inconsistent with the rules of the games and the associated pay tables).
Manipulation and Unfair Play. Failure to comply with this rule may lead to your exclusion from this Site and the forfeiture of the funds in your account as well as to possible criminal and civil investigations and prosecutions. Publication of Player IDs and Associated Activities. The Player ID that you create upon registration to the Site is primarily used for the Site’s community/interactive features (e.g., chat rooms, newsfeed, leader boards, player profiles and other sharing features). We reserve the right to publish information and gaming results publically, including on third party sites (e.g., on social networking sites), associated with Player ID’s. We shall have no obligations with respect to such material. Chat Feature. - CUSTOMER MATERIAL AND CONDUCT These content standards apply to any and all material you upload to or post on the Site including the images and other content you upload as a result of creating or participating in any services, your comments in forums and online discussions and the content you include in your personal profile and your communications with other users and your use of the Site. WMS has the right to remove any material posted to or placed on the Site by any user but is under no obligation to so.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material:

that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, lewd, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, violent, insulting, profane, slanderous, likely to incite racial hatred, harassing, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, uses **asterisks** or other characters to disguise such words, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience; or
that promotes sexually explicit material, violence, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; or
for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals, or

6. WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES AND WINNINGS

In order for you to withdraw funds from your account, you must have a withdrawable cash balance (not solely bonus or promotional funds in the account).
Method of Withdrawal. You can make withdrawals from your account up to the amount of your current available balance using only the last payment method / instrument used to deposit. For the avoidance of doubt, this balance does not include Bonuses and or Promotions. You agree that your sole remedy in connection with any Third Party Promotion will be with the third party offering the Third Party Promotion and that you shall have no remedy against us arising from your participation in, or inability to participate in, any Third Party Promotion.

You agree to indemnify us and hold us and our associated companies affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any liabilities, claims, losses or demands made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms including documents incorporated by reference into these Terms or out of your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You acknowledge that WMS and any member of the group of companies including its subsidiaries will hold information with respect to your identity, including but not limited to your name, address and payment details. You agree that we rely on this information in entering into these Terms with you and you agree to hold us harmless against any falsehood or inaccuracy contained in the information you provide us.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

Our failure, in any instance, to exercise any of our rights under these terms and conditions will not constitute a general waiver of such or any other rights hereunder.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alderney and any disputes related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alderney.
If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms, or portion thereof, unenforceable, invalid, or unlawful, then the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect and will be read to give maximum effect to the intention of the parties as reflected by their plain language.
These Terms constitute the entire understanding between you and us respecting use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of these terms and conditions will be binding unless posted in revised Terms on this Site.
WMS shall not be responsible for or have any liability in the event that war, terrorism, civil unrest, strike, fire, Act of God, earthquake, flood, lockout, embargo, governmental acts or orders or restrictions, failure of suppliers or third parties, or any other force majeure event causes errors in the operation of the Site, in games or in the full and proper access to and functioning of the Site or the Services.
All currency used on the Site will be Pounds Sterling and any currency conversion due to use of payment instruments settled in other currencies will be handled by the issuing financial institution. We shall not be responsible for any transaction, processing or other fees associated with these services.

14. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Jackpot Party Progressive

The additional terms and conditions in this Section 14 are in addition to any and all game rules. You can access each game's base game rules by clicking on the Help / Pays or Help button once a Game has loaded.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions in this Section 14:

"Game Rules" means the rules applicable to each game (which you can see by clicking on "game rules" on any given game);
"Playing a Game" includes attempting to play a game;
"Re-seed Amount" means the highest available payoff immediately following a Progressive win.

In the event that you win a Progressive you may be required to supply proof of your eligibility as well as identity, residence and age.
When you play a Progressive Game you authorize us, in the event that you win the Progressive, to publicize your name, town, county, and country of residence together with the fact that you have won the Progressive and the amount of the Progressive award.
If you win the Progressive you only become entitled to the prize money once your win has been verified. Where a win is not verified to our satisfaction that win can be annulled by us.
In case of a Progressive win we will, provided all these terms and conditions and all the Site's other Terms have been observed, pay or procure the payment of the prize money to you.
Following a Progressive win we shall be entitled to establish the Re-seed Amount at our absolute discretion.
Should for any reason the provision of a Progressive Game be discontinued, or should a Progressive Game become unavailable due to Force Majeure, any prize money related to that Game's Progressive shall be appropriated by us. In such instance, the progressive amount may be added to the progressive prize in a new game or a new version of the old game from which it was taken.
We may at any time increase or decrease the size of the jackpot award upon reset of a new Progressive game.
If two or more players “simultaneously” win the Progressive, our system’s server shall determine who of these won first and therefore is to receive the prize money. The other players shall be entitled to the Progressive Re-seed Amount.
