By participating in the Jackpot Party 'FriendSlot' Competition (the "Competition"), you fully agree and accept the Jackpot Party Competition Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with information appearing on the Jackpot Party® website's Promotions page and on the Jackpot Party Facebook Page http://facebook.com/JackpotPartyCasino. To the extent there is any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- The Competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
- The Competition runs between 10am on Wednesday 7th March and 10pm on Friday the 30th March 2012 (the "Promotional Period").
- To enter the Competition, entrants must have access to a computer and the internet
- The prizes (including free P&P to a UK address where applicable) are as follows:-
- 1st Prize – 1 x An Apple iPad 2 (16GB).
- 2nd Prize – £200 credit in your Jackpot Party account
You can enter the Competition a maximum once via Twitter and once via Facebook as described above:-
- 2 winners will be drawn at random from all entries logged during the Promotional Period. No purchase necessary. Entries are only valid if the entry is completed correctly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Each person can only enter the Competition once via each of the two entry routes set out above, i.e. once via Twitter, once via Facebook.
- Competition not open to employees of Jackpot Party®, WMS, their families or agencies.
- The winner's first name (at Jackpot Party's absolute and sole discretion) will be announced on the Jackpot Party Facebook Fan Page & via Twitter.
- The winner will be notified by Twitter within 24 hours of the Competition closing date, being 30th March 2012.
- In order to receive the 1st prize, the winner is required to provide Jackpot Party with his/her full name and UK address. Should a winner not acknowledge receipt of their win, and provide their full name and UK address, within 14 days of receiving notice from Jackpot Party® that they have won a prize, Jackpot Party reserves the right to redraw or not fulfill the prize.
- The 1st prize will be sent out within 7 days of the winner notifying Jackpot Party of his/her full name and UK address pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
- The winners of the Competition may be required to take part in related publicity.
- The winner of the 2nd prize is required to have a live real money account open at http://JackpotParty.com. The winner must play through the money twice before they are able to make a withdrawal.
- Jackpot Party will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of entries. Jackpot Party does not accept responsibility for entries which are not received or delivered.
- In the event Jackpot Party believes that an entry submitted in connection with this Competition is defamatory, obscene, immoral, unlawful or contravenes these Terms and Conditions, it reserves all rights to delete the entry, and/or disqualify the entrant, at its absolute and sole discretion.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted with a cash alternative.
- Jackpot Party's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
